We have a Gantry Milling Machine with 2 moving 3-axis gantries and independent rotation of the milling head. It consists of 2 gantries with a universal milling head each one and two independent CNC controls.
The machining table is 29 meters long, so the maximum size of the parts that we can work with is around 30 meters’ length and the maximum weight around 22 Tn.
The maximum machining dimensions for each gantry are:
- 26 meters en X
- 2,5 meters en Y
- 2,5 meters en Z
We can work with all types of materials, both metals and non-metals. The most common materials we work with are steel, stainless steel, bronze, aluminum and other alloys.
